*Based on a mid-range ‘plus’ grass, this pricing includes lifting of existing lawn, digging out and preparing groundworks (compacted aggregates base, with a ‘dust’ topping), laying membrane, supply and lay the artificial lawn, fixing and joining where appropriate, brush in kiln dried sand to finish and removing all waste. It also assumes there are no significant access issues.
