This project brief was to turn an extremely weathered, unsafe softwood decking into an elegant outdoor space to entertain and wow our client’s guests. We suggested a lightly coloured WPC composite board for the decking surface, along with a complimentary coloured cement board to reduce maintenance going forward.
We then installed a glass and wire stainless balustrade system to add a touch of class to the main structure, deck and facades. The clients then asked for additional bespoke features using existing materials that were already on site. With the decking now even more elevated our clients are situated in the perfect position to make the most of the late afternoon sun.
